i’ve recently discovered the pleaseure of baking bread. i’ve always enjoyed confections although never seriously considered creating, what might be called the basics in my kitchen. today i finished my first set of french baguettes and they are delicious. i’ve spent the last hour eating garlic bread and will soon be consuming spaghetti with it. next stop… the sliced loaf.
